The Services are subject to the following privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.
By accessing or using our Services, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms of Service, which together make up the Agreement.
Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning set forth in our Terms of Service.
What this Privacy Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy applies to information that we collect:
- from visitors to the PS Marketing Site
- from Creators through their use of the Services.
Pop.Store acts as a processor of data collected by Creators from users and customers of those Creators (“Users”) via the Services.
If you are a User who supplies data to a Creator, including via a website such as https://pop.store/CreatorName (where “CreatorName” is the Creator using the Services), you can access that Creator’s Privacy Policy located on their site to learn how they may collect, use or share your data, ask them questions, or exercise rights that you may have relating to that data.

If you are a Creator and want to delete your account, follow the link below, log into your Pop.Store account, and confirm that you would like to remove your account permanently. Once you’ve deleted your account, it cannot be recovered.

We collect contact information on our Services; contact information typically includes your name, email address, social media handle, profile photo, business address, shipping information, and any information you provide in messages to us. We use such contact information for purposes such as registering you for an account using the Services, providing you with information about the Services, responding to your inquiries, sending you email alerts (including marketing emails), providing you the Services.

In order for us to process your payments for using the Services and to receive payments from Users, you will be required to provide certain billing information, such as your credit card number, expiration date, bank account information, billing address, activation code, and similar information (collectively, “Billing Information”). We reserve the right to change our payment vendors at any time, or to use additional payment vendors, at our discretion, and will update this Privacy Policy from time to time accordingly.
Server Logs
Like most websites today, our web servers keep log files that record data each time a device accesses those servers. The log files contain data about the nature of such access, including the device’s IP address, user agent string (e.g., operating system and browser type/version), and referral URL (i.e., the external source by which you arrived to pages in our Services, or the pages you’ve clicked on while using our Services). We may use these log files for purposes such as assisting in monitoring and troubleshooting errors and incidents, analyzing web traffic, or optimizing the user experience.
Cookies
We collect information using “cookie” technology. Cookies are small packets of data that a website stores on your computer’s or mobile device’s hard drive (or other storage medium) so that your computer will “remember” information about your visit. We use both 1st and 3rd-party session cookies and persistent cookies. Below is a general primer on session and persistent cookies; information collected by cookies depends on its particular purpose. For more information, please see the information regarding analytics providers discussed further below.
Session Cookies: We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our Services. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser.
Persistent Cookies: A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time or until you delete them. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your web browser’s “help” file. To the extent we provide a log-in portal or related feature on our Services, persistent cookies can be used to store your passwords so that you don’t have to enter it more than once. Persistent cookies also enable us to track and target the interests of our visitors to personalize the experience on our Services.
In some cases, we may associate information that you have provided to us (e.g., email address) with the cookies that we use. In addition to facilitating the purposes described above, this is useful in understanding your engagement with other content related to our Services (e.g., email open rates, URL click-throughs).
If you do not want us to place a cookie on your hard drive, you may be able to turn that feature off on your computer or mobile device. Please consult your browser’s documentation for information on how to do this and how to delete persistent cookies. However, if you decide not to accept cookies from us, certain aspects of the Services may not function properly or as intended.
For more details on the use of cookies and other online tracking technology, please read the Pop.store Cookies Notice which is accessible at: https://get.pop.store/privacy-policy/#cookies. .

It explains what these technologies are and why we use them, as well as your rights and choices regarding the types of cookies we use.
1.2 Please take the time to read this Notice carefully. If you have questions or comments, please contact us via [email protected] with “Cookie Notice” in the subject line.
2. What are cookies?
2.1 Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device (“device”) when you visit a Website. Cookies are widely used by website or mobile application owners in order to make their websites or mobile applications work, or to work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information.
2.2 Cookies have many different features, such as allowing you to navigate between pages efficiently, remembering your preferences, and generally improving the user experience. They can also help ensure that the advertisements you see online are more relevant to you and your interests.
2.3 Cookies set by the Website are called “first-party cookies.” Cookies set by parties other than the Website are called “third-party cookies.” Third-party cookies enable third-party features or functionality to be provided on or through the Website (e.g., such as interactive content and analytics). The parties that set these third-party cookies can recognise your device both when it visits the Website and also when it visits certain other websites.
3. How long do cookies last?
3.1 Cookies can remain on your device for different periods of time. Some cookies are ‘session cookies,’ which means they only exist when your browser is open and are automatically deleted when you close your browser. Other cookies are ‘persistent cookies‘, meaning they survive after your browser is closed and can be used by websites to recognise your device when you re-open your browser. The duration of the cookies used on our Website is explained in more detail in the table below.
4. Why do we use cookies?
4.1 When you visit our Website, we may place the following types of cookies:
Types of cookies | How to refuse | Duration of Cookie |
Necessary cookies: These cookies are strictly necessary to provide you with services available through our Website and to use some of its features, such as access to secure areas. | Because these cookies are strictly necessary to deliver the Website to you, you cannot refuse or block them. | Persistent: because these cookies are necessary, they remain on your device. |
Functional cookies: These cookies are used to enable certain functionalities on our Website. While they are not essential to the use of our Website, without these cookies, some functionalities may become unavailable. | We will only place these cookies if you expressly accept them when you first visit our Website via our cookie preference banner. | The duration of individual cookies in this category is specified in the cookie preference banner. |

5. What about other tracking technologies, like web beacons?
5.1 Cookies are not the only way to recognise or track visitors to a website. We may use other, similar technologies from time to time, like web beacons (sometimes called “tracking pixels” or “clear gifs”). These are tiny graphics files that contain a unique identifier that enables us to recognise when someone has visited our Website. This allows us, for example, to monitor the traffic patterns of users from one page within our Website to another, to deliver or communicate with cookies, to understand whether you have come to our Website from an online advertisement displayed on a third-party website, to improve site performance, and to measure the success of e-mail marketing campaigns. In many instances, these technologies are reliant on cookies to function properly, and so declining cookies will impair their functioning.
6. What about targeted advertising?
6.1. Third parties may serve cookies on your device to serve advertising through our Website. These companies may use information about your visits to this Website and other websites to provide relevant advertisements about goods and services you may be interested in. They may also deploy technology that is used to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements.
6.2 This can be accomplished by using cookies or web beacons to collect information about your visits to our Website and to provide relevant advertisements about goods and services that are potentially of interest to you.
6.3 The information collected through this process does not enable us or them to identify your name, contact details, or other personally identifying details unless you choose to provide these.
6.4 All cookies for targeted advertising purposes that are placed on your device are listed in the table in our cookies preference banner that is accessible on our Website.
7. What choices can I make concerning the use of cookies?
7.1 You have the right to choose whether to accept or reject specific cookies. You can exercise your cookie preferences by saving them in our cookie preference banner.
7.2 You can also accept or refuse cookies via the settings of your web browser. If you choose to reject cookies, you may still use our Website but please be aware that your access to some functionalities and areas of our Website may be restricted. Please note that the means by which you can refuse cookies may vary depending on the web browser you are using. Therefore,
please visit the settings in your browser’s help menu for more information.

8. What choices can I make concerning the use of cookies?
8.1. If you have disabled one or more cookies, we may continue to use the information that was collected by these cookies before they were deactivated but, we will cease to collect or place any information on your device as soon as you reject these cookies.
9. More information about cookies
